Before they met, Eustace and Teresa owned and managed multi-family properties while pursuing their respective careers. Teresa’s love for mathematics and education led her to teach high school math for many years.  She also ran her own tutoring business, where she frequently helped adults gain the necessary skills for their career transitions.  Eustace spent years as a state and federal probation officer.  His experiences compelled him to launch a non-profit organization supporting men who were transitioning back home after incarceration.  He also got his real estate license around that same time.

The synergy around helping people through life’s transitions and a mutual interest in real estate became the basis of this business partnership.  As an agent, Eustace has helped many first-time home buyers realize their dreams.  Professionalism and attentiveness to the client’s preferences are his hallmark attributes.  In addition to single-family homes, he deals in multi-families, distressed properties, and pre-foreclosures.  In 2023, Teresa joined her husband in Transition Realty.  Her love for numbers and problem-solving attracted her to creative financing, including lease-to-own and owner financing. They are certified through the Creative Financing Real Estate Association and love the challenge of customizing win-win offers.
